Cancellation or Postponement Policy
- It is a sign of respect that we both adhere to the time of each appointment.
- Missed appointments and cancellations have a significant impact on counsellors as it's often not possible to fill appointments at late notice.
- Please give 48 hours notice by txt or phone if you need to postpone or cancel an appointment.
- By making an appointment with me, you agree that, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given, and same day cancellations will incur a full charge.
- Missed appointments will also incur full charge
